PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

IT is hereby notified that re-entry has been made by the Lessor upon the ground demised by the Leases hereunder named, and the Lessees’ estate therein respectively determined, and that the land therein mentioned will be open for occupation under sections 53, 54, and 55, of “The Gold Mining Districts Act, 1871.”

The Mount Pleasant Gold Mining Company, Registered (assigned to the Morning Light Gold Mining Company, Registered); situated on Te Papa Creek; bounded by the “Tweedside,” “Golden Spur,” “Dan O’Connell,” “Murphy’s Hill,” “Nil Desperandum,” “Leetchs,” and “Ashley” claims. Lease dated 6th October, 1870.

COROMANDEL.

The Burra Burra Gold Mining Company, Registered; 15 years’ lease of 12 acres 3 roods 6 perches, situated on the Matawai Creek, Coromandel. Lease dated 4th September, 1871.
