UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent by "The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1867," I hereby notify, for public information, that all those pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder will be offered for sale by Public Auction at the Waste Lands Office, Auckland, by the Waste Lands Commissioner, on Tuesday the 27th day of August, 1872, as Town and Suburban Land, at the hour of 12 o’clock noon.\n
Given under my hand, at Auckland, this twenty-second day of July, One thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.
