NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership between the undersigned, SAMUEL MARSDEN BAKER, FREDERICK THOMAS BAKER, JOSEPH GOADBY BAKER, and HENRY WILLIAMS BAKER, in the Trade or Business of Timber Merchants and Farmers, at Waikare, Bay of Islands, and elsewhere, under the firm of “Baker Brothers,” was this day Dissolved by mutual consent, and in future the business will be carried on by the said Joseph Goadby Baker and Henry Williams Baker, on their joint and several accounts, and who will pay and receive all debts owing from and due to the said partnership in the regular course of trade.
