PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

In pursuance of the Quarantine Regulations in force within the Colony of New Zealand, I do hereby nominate and appoint

His Worship P. A. Phillips, Esq., J.P.,
Mayor of Auckland,

to be a Member of the Board of Health for the Port of Auckland, in the place of the late James Naughton, Esq.

Given under my hand at Auckland, this twenty-seventh day of May, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.

to be a Member of the Auckland Harbour Board, in the room of Louis Arthur Nathan, Esq.

WHEREAS application has been made by the Papakura District Board under “The Highways Act, 1871,” to have the boundaries of the said District extended so as to include all the lands comprised in the so-called Manurewa Highway District. I hereby invite such persons as object to the proposed addition to lodge their objections in writing at this Office on or before Monday, the 10th June, prox.
