PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

I DO hereby notify that
HENRY ISAACS,
has been duly appointed a Member of the Auckland Harbour Board in pursuance of section 12 of “The Auckland Harbour Board Act, 1871,” in the room of Thomas Macready.
Also that, in pursuance of section 10 of the said Act,
JAMES CRUICKSHANK,
has been duly elected a Member of the said Board, in the room of Hugh Falconer Anderson.

In pursuance of the sixth clause of “The Slaughter-house Act, 1866,” it is hereby notified for general information, that application has been made to me by
JOHN FISHER, of Auckland,
for the renewal of the private Slaughter-house License granted to the premises, known as Peachy’s farm, at Ellerslie.
Objections against the granting of such License must be lodged at this Office within one calendar month from the date of publication hereof.
