I HEREBY notify that the several Chairmen of the aforementioned District Boards under “The Highways Act, 1871,” have reported in writing to the Superintendent the names of the undermentioned persons duly appointed Members of those Boards respectively, to supply vacancies:
Kuaotunu—Henry Symmonds, vice John Solon, resigned.
Alexandra Township—Mathias Asmuss, and John Wilson, vice Gordon C. V. Tisdale and William Sloane, resigned.

I, THE undersigned, Thomas Douglas, of Coromandel, hereby make application to register “The Foresters’ Gold Mining Company, Registered,” under the provisions of “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Acts, 1869 and 1870,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, viz:—

The name and style of the Company is The Foresters’ Gold Mining Company, Registered.

The place of operations is at Court-house Creek, Coromandel Goldfields, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

The nominal capital of the Company is Six thousand pounds, in Six thousand shares of One pound each.

The amount already paid-up in cash is Nil, and the amount in partly paid-up shares is Three thousand pounds.

The name of the Manager is Thomas Douglas.
