I, THE undersigned, WILLIAM HORNE, hereby make application to register "THE BUFFALO GOLD MINING COMPANY, REGISTERED," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies' Limited Liability Acts, 1865, 1869, and 1870," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, viz.:

  1. That the name and style of the Company is The Buffalo Gold Mining Company, Registered.

  2. The place of operations is at the Court-house Creek, at the Coromandel Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Sixteen thousand five hundred pounds in Eight thousand two hundred and fifty shares of Two pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid-up is Twelve thousand three hundred and seventy-five pounds sterling.

  5. The name of the Manager is William Horne.

  6. The Office of the Company is at King's Road, Coromandel.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follows, namely:
