DEDWOOD HIGHWAY BOARD.

IMPOUNDING NOTICE.

MR. CHARLES MADDOCKS, of Dedwood, has been authorised by the Dedwood District Board, under "The Highways Act, 1871," to Impound Cattle, Goats, &c., that may be found straying within the boundaries of the Dedwood Highway District.

By order of the Board.
Dedwood, 2nd April, 1872.


I, THE undersigned, Peter Tierney, hereby make application to register "THE BRITISH GOLD MINING COMPANY, REGISTERED," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies' Limited Liability Act 1865," and "The Mining Companies' Limited Liability Act Amendment Acts 1869 and 1870," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, viz:β€”

  1. The name and style of the Company is The British Gold Mining Company, Registered.

  2. The place of operations is at Syke's Ground, Kapanga, Coromandel Goldfields, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Twenty-four thousand pounds, in Eight thousand shares of Three pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid-up in cash is Nil, and in paid-up and partly paid-up shares eighteen thousand pounds.

  5. The name of the Manager is Peter Tierney.

  6. The Office of the Company is at Driving Creek Coromandel.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each, at this date, are as follows, namely:β€”

NOTICE

Native Lands Court Office,
Auckland, April 9th, 1872.

NOTICE is hereby given that on the application of the several claimants, the hearing of the claims to the several blocks of land hereunder mentioned, advertised to be heard at Kapanga, Coromandel, on the 18th instant, will be postponed until Tuesday, the 4th day of June next.

This notice is given to prevent the attendance of counter claimants and other parties.
