I, the undersigned, Henry Wright, hereby make application to register “The Britannia Gold Mining Company, Registered,” under the provisions of “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act of 1865,” and “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Acts of 1869 and 1870,” and I do hereby solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, viz:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is The Britannia Gold Mining Company, Registered.

  2. The place of operations is at Wynyardton, Coromandel, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Eight thousand pounds in Eight thousand Shares of One pound each.

  4. The amount already paid up in cash is Nil, and in partly paid-up shares Six thousand pounds.

  5. The name of the Manager is Henry Wright.

  6. The Office of the Company is at Kapanga Road, Coromandel.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follows, namely—
