SCHEDULE.
FEES AND PRICES TO BE TAKEN AND CHARGED BY POUNDKEEPERS.
I.—Poundage Fees.

The above fees to be paid for each day, or part of a day, during which the animal is kept in pound.
II.—Charges for Food.

The above charges to be paid for each day or part of a day during which the animal is supplied with food and water by the Poundkeeper, but the owner may supply food and water, in which case these charges are not to be made.
III.—Charges for Giving Notice of Impounding.
The charge for giving notice of the impounding of cattle to the owner thereof, or his agent, shall be computed at the rate of one shilling for every mile or part of a mile of the distance between the public pound and the usual place of residence of such owner, or agent as the case may be.
IV.—Charges for Giving Public Notice under the 20th Section of “The Impounding Act, 1867,” of the Impounding of Cattle.

BYE-LAW No. 7.
A BYE-LAW TO REGULATE PRIVIES AND CESSPOOLS.
Bye-Law of the Council of the City of Auckland, made under Special Order of the said Council, dated the twenty-second day of January, 1872; confirmed the nineteenth day of February, 1872, and sealed with the Common Seal of the Council of the said City the twenty-second day of February, 1872.
In pursuance of Section 186 of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1867,” the Council of the City of Auckland ordains as follows:
- All privies, cesspools, and house drains within the City, and as well within as without the premises to which the same may belong; and the cleansing, keeping in order and repair of all such privies, cesspools and house drains shall be under the superintendence, government and control of the Council.
