PROCLAMATION.
By Thomas Bannatyne Gillies, Esquire,
Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
In pursuance of the 4th Section of an Act of the Superintendent and Provincial Council of the Province of Auckland (Session XXVII., No. 9) intituled "The Harbour Loan Acts Repeal Act, 1871," I do hereby proclaim the said recited Act to come into force from and after this date.
Given at Auckland, under my hand and the Public Seal of the said Province, this eighteenth day of March, One thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.

Samuel Cochrane and Son, Fort-street, Auckland, be offered for lease by Public Auction, under the said Act, for a term of twenty-one years.
Given at Auckland, under my hand in the said Province, this fourteenth day of March, One thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.

SCHEDULE.
Schedule of Hospital Endowment, Shortland-street,
City of Auckland, Parish of Waitemata, County of Eden. Allotment number 12 of section number 4, containing one rood and one perch, more or less.
PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
By Thomas Bannatyne Gillies, Esquire,
Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
Under and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent in that behalf by the "The Auckland Reserves Act, 1858," I hereby notify for public information, that all that piece or parcel of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder will on Monday, the twenty-second day of April next, at twelve o'clock, noon, at the Auction Mart of Messrs.

Auckland, 15th March, 1872.
I DO HEREBY notify that the Newmarket District Board under "The Highways Act, 1871," has, with my approval, appointed Mr. Edward Richards to be Keeper of the Public Pound, at Newmarket, in the room of Mr. David Nolan, whose appointment is hereby revoked.
And I do hereby further notify that the Fees and Prices set forth in the following Schedule, may be taken and charged by the said Keeper.
