334 AUCKLAND PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.


NOTICE.

Native Lands Court,
Auckland, November 13th, 1871.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council made on the 16th day of August, 1871, it was ordered by His Excellency the Governor in Council under "The Native Lands Act, 1865," and "The Native Lands Act, 1870," that the claim of Parone Te Awa, to a piece of land called Matamataharakeke, situate in the District of Coromandel, heard and determined by the Native Lands Court of New Zealand on the 16th day of May, 1871, at Kapanga, in the District aforesaid, should be reheard before one Judge of the said Court and one Assessor hereof, and that such rehearing shall take place before the thirty-first day of December next.

Now I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Lands Court will be held at Kapanga, Coromandel, on the 15th day of December next, for the re-hearing of the above-mentioned claim.

Advertisements must be forwarded to the Superintendent’s Office at Auckland, or to the authorised Agent at Grahamstown or at Coromandel, with pre-payment of the charge for insertion at the rates above specified.

Advertisements should be written on one side of the paper; and names, signatures, &c., must be written in a legible hand, to save mistakes. The number of insertions required should be written across the face of the advertisement.

The Government will not guarantee the publication of any notice or advertisement within a given date; nor will the same be inserted unless pre-paid.

SUBSCRIPTION.
The subscription is at the rate of £2 per annum, or 10s 6d per quarter, payable in advance.
Subscriptions are required to terminate with the quarters ending March, June, September, or December. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.
