I, THE undersigned Peter McTavish hereby make application to register "The Coromandel Harp Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the provisions of the "Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," and the "Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Acts Amendment Acts, 1869 and 1870," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

1. The name and style of the Company is The Coromandel Harp Gold Mining Company, Registered.

2. The place of operations is at Coromandel, at the Coromandel Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

3. The nominal capital of the Company is Seven thousand pounds, in Seven thousand shares of One pound each.

4. The amount already paid up is Three shillings, nominal.

5. The name of the Manager is Peter McTavish.

6. The office of the Company is at 42, Queen-street, Auckland.

7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of Shares held by each at this date, are as follows, namely:—

1. The name and style of the Company is The Juanita Gold Mining Company, Registered.

1. The name and style of the Company is The Bismark and French Republic Gold Mining Company, Registered.

2. The place of operations is at Tokatea Range, Coromandel Goldfields, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

3. The nominal capital of the Company is Eight thousand pounds in Eight thousand shares of One pound each.

4. The amount already paid up in cash is Nil, and the amount paid up in partly paid up shares is Six thousand pounds.

5. The name of the Manager is Thomas Douglas.

6. The office of the Company is at The Beach, Coromandel.
