I, THE undersigned, ALEXANDER DONALD McTAVISH, hereby make application to register "THE SHAMROCK, (COROMANDEL), GOLD MINING COMPANY, REGISTERED," under "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," and "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Acts, 1869 and 1870," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:

1. The name and style of the Company is The Shamrock (Coromandel) Gold Mining Company, Registered.

2. The place of operations is at Coromandel, at the Coromandel Goldfields, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

3. The nominal capital of the Company is Four thousand pounds, in Four thousand shares of One pound each.

1. That the name and style of the Company is The Golden Ring Gold Mining Company, Registered.
