AUCKLAND PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By Joseph May, Esquire, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

Under and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent by "The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1867," I hereby notify, for public information, that all those pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder, will be offered for sale, by Public Auction, at the Waste Lands Office, Auckland, by the Waste Lands Commissioner, on Monday, the sixth day of November, 1871, as Town and Suburban Land, at the hour of 12 o'clock, noon.

Given under my hand, at Auckland, this twenty-fifth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-one.
