I, THE undersigned Francis James Piesse, hereby make application to register "The Pride of the Moanataiari Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," and the Amendment Acts of 1869 and 1870, and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely—

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The Pride of the Moanataiari Gold Mining Company, Registered."

  2. The place of operations is at the Kuranui Spur, Karaka block, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Four thousand four hundred pounds in Four thousand four hundred shares of One pound each.

  4. The amount paid up in cash is Nil, and in partly paid up shares £2,200, being the estimated value of the mine.

  5. The name of the manager is Francis James Piesse.

  6. The office of the Company is at Brown-street, Grahamstown.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date are as follows, namely:—

I, THE undersigned, William Horne, do hereby make application to register "The Masonic Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the provisions of the "Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," the Amendment Act, 1869, and the Amendment Act, 1870, and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely—

  1. That the name and style of the Company is The Masonic Gold Mining Company, Registered.

  2. The place of operations is at Tokatea range, at the Coromandel Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the company is Twenty thousand pounds in Five thousand shares of Four pounds each.

  4. The amount paid up in cash is Nil, and the amount paid upon the aforesaid shares representing the value of the mine is Seventeen thousand five hundred pounds.

  5. The name of the manager is William Horne.

  6. The office of the Company is at the Manager’s Office, Ring’s Road, Coromandel.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follows, namely:—

  1. That the name and style of the Company is the Little Wonder Gold Mining Company Registered.

  2. The place of operations is at the Tokatea range, Coromandel, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Fifteen thousand pounds in Six thousand shares of Two pounds and ten shillings each.

  4. The amount paid up in cash is Nil.

  5. The amount paid up in partly paid-up shares is Twelve thousand pounds, same being the estimated value of the mine.

  6. The name of the Manager is Denis Gilmore MacDonnell.

  7. The office of the Company is at Grahamstown, Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in New Zealand.

  8. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follows, namely:—
