PROCLAMATION.

By Thomas Bannatyne Gillies, Esquire,
Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in me by a Warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor bearing date the twenty-first day of February, 1870, and the delegation held by me under "The Diseased Cattle Act, 1861," and "The Diseased Cattle Act Amendment Act, 1865," I do hereby revoke the Proclamation issued by Daniel Pollen Esquire, Deputy-Superintendent, upon the 24th day of August, 1866, whereby that part of the Province of Auckland lying south of the northern boundary of the County of Marsden was declared to be an Infected District within the meaning of "The Diseased Cattle Act, 1861." And I do further revoke the regulations made and published in such Proclamation.

Given at Auckland under my hand and the public seal of the Province this twenty-fourth day of June, One thousand eight hundred and seventy-one.

PROCLAMATION.

By Thomas Bannatyne Gillies, Esquire,
Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

By virtue of the powers and authority vested in the Superintendent under the 11th section of "The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1867," I do hereby temporarily reserve for Educational purposes, until the next session of the Auckland Provincial Council, all that piece or parcel of land in the Province of Auckland, containing by admeasurement ten acres, more or less, and being Allotment No. 310 of the Parish of Pukeatua, in the County of Eden.

Given under my hand and the public seal of the said Province this twenty-fourth day of June, One thousand eight hundred and seventy-one.
