  1. That the name and style of the Company is "Just in Time Gold Mining Company, Registered."
  2. The place of operations is at the Kurunui Spur, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Forty-two thousand pounds in Eight thousand four hundred shares of Five pounds each.
  4. The amount already paid up in cash is nil, Thirty-three thousand six hundred pounds being the estimated value of the mine.
  5. The name of the manager is Roderick McDonald Scott.
  6. The office of the Company is at Grahamstown Stock Exchange, Owen-street, Grahamstown.
  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follows, namely:—

I, THE undersigned, WILLIAM CARPENTER, hereby make application to Register the "23rd of June Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," and "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Act, 1869," and "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Act, 1870," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely—

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The 23rd of June Gold Mining Company, Registered."
  2. The place of operation is at the Moanataiari, Thames Goldfield, in the province of Auckland, in the colony of New Zealand.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Seven thousand five hundred pounds in Three thousand shares of Two pounds ten shillings each.
  4. The amount already paid up in cash is Nil, and in partly paid up shares Six thousand pounds, being the estimated value of the Company’s mine.
  5. The name of the manager is WILLIAM CARPENTER.
  6. The office of the Company is at Banks’ Buildings, the Wharf, Grahamstown.
