PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 25th May, 1871.
In pursuance of the second section of "The Auckland Harbour Board Act, 1871," I do hereby, with the advice and consent of my Executive Council, appoint
William Crush Daldy,
William Chisholm Wilson, and
Louis Arthur Nathan
to be Members of the Auckland Harbour Board.
And I do hereby further notify that
Benjamin Tonks,
Philip Aaron Philips, and
Thomas Macready
have been duly appointed Members of the said Board, in pursuance of section 3 of the said recited Act.
Also that, in pursuance of section 7 of the said Act,
Jeremiah Casey,
John Copland, and
Hugh Falconer Anderson
have been duly elected Members of the said Board.
Furthermore, in exercise of the powers vested in me by the 16th section of the above recited Act, I do hereby appoint the first meeting of the said Board to take place at the Provincial Government Offices, Auckland, on Thursday, the first day of June proximo, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon.

It is hereby notified for public information that I have this day appointed
John Robinson Nicholson, Esq., M.D.,
to be Public Vaccinator for the District of Auckland in the place of Robert Tassell, Esq., M.D., resigned; and that on and after the 1st June, proximo, he will attend at his residence, Karangahape Road (South side, between Pitt-street and Queen-street) on Tuesdays and Fridays at ten o’clock a.m. for Vaccination purposes.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 27th May, 1871.
In pursuance of the 29th Section of "The Goldfields Act, 1866," and of the Regulations made under that Act for the granting of Leases for Gold Mining purposes, it is hereby notified that it is intended to grant Leases for Gold Mining purposes to the Applicants specified in the Schedule hereunder, unless valid objections can be shown against granting such Leases.
