NATIVE LANDS COURT.

NOTICES OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Kapanga, Coromandel, on the 16th of May next, and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. The boundaries of the lands as translated from the claims. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Miriama Pukukauri, Mihi Keti, Tuokioki, Peneamene Te Tainui, Ngakapa Whanaunga and Meha Te Ruakaramea, near Waiomu Bounded on one side by Tokowhia, on another side by Waikauri, Mokonohinohi is the upper boundary. The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed can be seen in the office of the Inspector of Surveys, Auckland.
Hamuera Hororiri, Ngawharawhara, Rihara, and Tamati Waka Repanga, an island An island.
Tamati Waka, Riria, Hohepa, Mohi Mangakahia, Hamuora, Paroa, and others Whakangi-iti, Whakangi Bounded by Whakangi-rahi and Ohaua.
Tamati Waka Te Puhi, Hamuera Hororiri, Ngawharawhara Rihara Whakangi, Whakangi Bounded by Te Araka and Whakangi-rahi.
Tamati Waka Te Puhi Pumoko, Pumoko Bounded by Te Ti and Papatikonga
Tamati Waka Te Puhi Poihakena, Poihakena The boundary is Te Toronga and Waipapa and comes to the sea.
Tamati Waka, Te Moananui, Hamuera Hororiri, Ngawharawhara, Rihara, Karepe, Riria, Hera Putea and others Moehau, Moehau Bounded by Te Hororoa and Waipapa.
Te Pukeroa, Te Reweti Rangikaiwhiria, Monikoura Te Whikiriwhi, Parata Te Mapu, and the whole of the Ngatipu tribe Te Mata, near Manaia Bounded on the North-east by Otoka, on the West by Waitapu, on the South and South-west by the ocean.
Pita Taurua Parangu No. 12, Kapanga Bounded on the South by the Kapanga road. This is a small piece situate in the middle of Sykes’ land, and exactly opposite Parangu No. 11.
Kapanga Te Arakuri and Makoare Te Pukeroa Pakirikiri, Kapanga Bounded on the North by the Karaka river, on the West by a surveyed line, on the South by a surveyed line to the swamp, on the North-east by the surveyed boundary of Te Nohimoana. This is the racecourse.
Kapanga Te Arakuri and Makoare Te Pukeroa Te Ngohimoana, Kapanga Bounded on the North-east by the Potote stream and the Karaka stream, on the South by the swamp, on the West and East by surveyed lines as shown on the map.
