I, THE undersigned D. G. MacDONNELL, hereby make application to register “THE CELT GOLD MINING COMPANY, REGISTERED,” under the provisions of “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and Amendment Acts, 1869 and 1870, and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely—

The name and style of the Company is The Celt Gold Mining Company, Registered.

The place of operations is at Kennedy’s Creek, Upper Tararu, Thames Goldfield, Province of Auckland.

The nominal capital of the Company is Twelve thousand Pounds in Two thousand four hundred Shares of Five Pounds each.

The amount paid up in cash is Nil.

The amount paid up in partly paid up shares is Nine thousand six hundred Pounds, being the estimated value of the mine.

Advertisements must be forwarded to the Superintendent’s Office at Auckland, or to the authorised Agent at Shortland or at Coromandel, with pre-payment of the charge for insertion at the rates above specified.
Advertisements should be written on one side of the paper; and names, signatures, &c., must be written in a legible hand, to save mistakes.
The number of insertions required should be written across the face of the advertisement.
The Government will not guarantee the publication of any notice or advertisement within a given date; nor will the same be inserted unless pre-paid.
SUBSCRIPTION.
The subscription is at the rate of £2 per annum, or 10s. 6d. per quarter, payable in advance.
Subscriptions are required to terminate with the quarters ending March, June, September, or December. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.
