Licenses to kill and sell Game are now issuable at the Superintendent’s Office, Auckland:

Printed forms of application for the Shilling License to kill Game can be obtained gratis. These must be properly filled up before the license can be issued.


PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 21st April, 1871.

I HEREBY notify that all appointments of persons to the office of Rangers under "The Protection of Certain Animals Act, 1866," or "The Protection of Animals Act, 1867," bearing date prior to the 1st January, 1871, are cancelled.

PROCLAMATION.

By Thomas Bannatyne Gillies, Esquire,
Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers and authority in me vested by the provisions of "The Marine Act, 1867," I do hereby define the limits and boundaries for the purposes of the said recited Act, of the undermentioned wharf, that is to say

TAURANGA WHARF.

Bounded on the West by the Beach Road, and on the North East and South by land between high and low-water mark and the waters of Tauranga Harbour.

Given at Auckland under my hand and the public seal of the said Province this twentieth day of April One thousand eight hundred and seventy-one.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By Thomas Bannatyne Gillies, Esquire,
Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers and authority vested in me by the provisions of "The Marine Act, 1867," I do hereby impose and levy the following rates, dues, and charges for use of the Tauranga Wharf, and for the landing of goods, wares, merchandise and cattle thereat and thereon, that is to say—

For every vessel hauling alongside the wharf, s. d.
For every vessel not exceeding 10 tons register, and for every ton or part of a ton at per diem ... 0 2
For every additional ton, or part of a ton, in addition to the preceding charge, at per diem ... 0 ¼
