AUCKLAND PROVINCIAL
GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.

I, THE undersigned, CHARLES TOTHILL, hereby
make application to Register the “ODD FELLOWS’
GOLD MINING COMPANY (Registered),” under the
provisions of “The Mining Companies’ Limited
Liability Act, 1865,” and “The Mining Companies’
Limited Liability Act Amendment Act, 1869,” and I
do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following
statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge,
true in every particular, namely :—

  1. The name and style of the Company is the
    “Odd Fellows Gold Mining Company (Registered).”

  2. The place of operations is at the Thames Gold
    Field, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony
    of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Three
    thousand Seven hundred and seventy Pounds, in seven
    hundred and fifty-four shares of Five Pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid up in cash, is nil;
    and the amount allotted in partly paid up shares is
    Two thousand Two hundred and sixty two Pounds.

  5. The name of the Manager is Charles Tothill.

  6. The Office of the Company is in Shortland
    Street, in the City of Auckland.

  7. The names and several residences of the share-
    holders, and the number of shares held by each at
    this date, are as follow, namely :—

hereby make application to Register "The
Golden Calf Gold Mining Company (Registered),"
under the provisions of "The Mining Companies'
Limited Liability Act, 1865," and "The Mining
Companies' Limited Liability Act Amendment Act,
1869," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that
the following statement is, to the best of my belief
and knowledge, true in every particular, namely :—

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The
    Golden Calf Gold Mining Company (Registered)."

  2. The place of operations is at Golden Crown Spur,
    Moanataiari, Thames Goldfield, in the province of
    Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Eighteen
    thousand pounds in Three thousand six hundred
    shares of Five pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid up is Fourteen thou-
    sand and Four hundred pounds in paid up Scrip,
    allotted by the Company to the original Shareholders.

  5. The name of the Manager is Roderick
    McDonald Scott.

  6. The Office of the Company is at Vaile's Building,
    Owen Street, Grahamstown.

  7. The names and several residences of the share-
    holders, and the number of shares held by each at
    this date, are as follow :—
