AUCKLAND PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.

THE PARUA HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

Bounded towards the North, commencing at the North-western angle of allotment No. 208 of the Parish of Owhiwa, by the Northern boundary of the Parish of Owhiwa aforesaid, to the Waiparera Creek; thence by said Creek to the Pataua Inlet again towards the North; and on the East by the Pataua Inlet aforesaid, from the mouth of the Waiparera Creek aforesaid, and the sea, to the South-eastern angle of the Parish of Waikare; towards the South by the southern boundary of the Parish of Waikare aforesaid, from the point last named to the South-western angle of allotment No. 50 of the Parish of Manaia; thence crossing a road from the angle last named to the North-western angle of allotment No. 14 of the Parish of Manaia aforesaid; and thence by the South-eastern side of the road which forms the North-western boundary of allotment No. 14 of the Parish of Manaia aforesaid, from the point last named, to the Wangarei Harbour; and again towards the South by the Wangarei Harbour aforesaid, from the South-western angle of allotment No. 14 of the Parish of Manaia aforesaid, to the South-eastern angle of the Tamaterau Block; towards the South-west by the Tamaterau Block aforesaid, from the Wangarei Harbour aforesaid, to the North-eastern angle of allotment No. 13 of the Parish of Owhiwa aforesaid; and towards the West and North-west from the North-eastern angle of allotment 13 aforesaid, by the Western side of the road which forms the Western boundaries of allotments Nos. 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 117, 135, 136, 137, 138, 198, 199, 200, 201, 205, 212, 211, and 210, all of the Parish of Owhiwa aforesaid, to the South-eastern angle of allotment No. 8 of the Parish of Wariara; thence to the North-eastern angle of said allotment No. 8; thence crossing a road to allotment No. 208 of the Parish of Owhiwa aforesaid; thence by a portion of the North-western boundary of said allotment No. 208 to its North-western angle, the place of commencement.
