NOTICE is hereby given that the Crown Grants to the undermentioned persons, for the undermentioned Blocks of Land in the Province of Auckland, have been forwarded by the Secretary for Crown Lands to the Registrar of Deeds here, for delivery to the Grantees.

N O T I C E.

Native Lands Court Office,
Auckland, September 7th, 1870.

WHEREAS, by an Order in Council made on the 19th day of April last, it was ordered by His Excellency the Governor in Council, under the authority of "The Native Lands Act, 1865," and "The Native Lands Act, 1867," that the Claim of Kerei Te Tuhi, Tautoru Tawa, Te Pukeroa Te Riaki, Matiaha Kahumu, Hare Renata, and Repiu Te Tokata, to a piece of land called "Tangonoa," situate at Hauraki, in the District of Hauraki, in the Province of Auckland, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand, on the 4th day of February, 1870, should be re-heard before one Judge and two Assessors of the Court, and that such rehearing shall take place before the 31st day of December next.

Now, I hereby give Notice, that a Sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Shortland, Hauraki, on the 8th day of November next, for the rehearing of the aforesaid claim.
