NOTICE is hereby given, that at a Sitting of this Court to be held at Shortland, in the District of Hauraki, Province of Auckland, on the 8th day of November next, will be heard the applications of the persons whose names appear in the first column of the Schedule hereunder, for the subdivision of the hereditaments comprised in the Crown Grants for the pieces of land, the names of which appear in the second column, situate in the Districts named in the third column.
