PROCLAMATION.

By Joseph May, Esquire,
Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

By virtue of the powers and authority vested in the Superintendent under the eleventh section of "The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1867," I do hereby temporarily reserve for Educational purposes, until the next Session of the Auckland Provincial Council, those lands situate at Waiau and Okaihau, which are more particularly described in the Schedule hereunder.

Given at Auckland, under my hand and the Public Seal of the said Province, this third day of September, in the year of our Lord, One thousand eight hundred and seventy.

Schedule.

Allotment No. 6, of the Parish of Waiuku East, County of Eden, containing by admeasurement thirteen acres, one rood, and eight perches.

Allotment No. 22, of the Parish of Okaihau, County of Hokianga, containing fifteen acres more or less.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By Thomas Bannatyne Gillies, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

Under and in pursuance of the powers in me vested by the third clause of "The Highways Act, 1867," I do hereby notify that I have altered and amended the boundaries of the Papakura Highway District, as hereunder set forth. This alteration is made in consequence of an error in the description of amended boundaries published in the Auckland Provincial Government Gazette, of the 12th August, 1870.

Given under my hand, at Auckland, this seventh day of September, One thousand eight hundred and seventy.

The Papakura Highway District.

Amended Boundaries.

Bounded towards the North by parts of the North-western and Northern boundaries of Clendonโ€™s Grant, from the Southern angle of allotment No. 40, of the Parish of Manurewa, to the Southern angle of allotment No. 96, of said parish, thence by the South-eastern and part of the North-eastern boundaries of said allotment No. 96, to the Western angle of allotment No. 57, of the Parish of Papakura; thence by the Western and part of the North-eastern boundaries of said allotment No. 57, to the road which forms the North-western boundary of allotment No. 65, of the parish aforesaid; thence by the centre of said road to the North-eastern boundary of allotment No. 65 aforesaid, and by said North-eastern boundary to the Papakura River; thence by the Papakura River aforesaid to the road which forms the South-western boundary of the Parish of Wairoa; towards the North-east by the centre of the road which forms the South-western boundary of the parish aforesaid, from the Papakura River to the Eastern angle of allotment No. 58, of the Parish of Papakura aforesaid; towards the South-east by the South-eastern boundary of allotment No. 58 aforesaid, to the crossing of a road one hundred links wide, by part of the North-eastern and the whole of the South-eastern boundaries of allotment No. 39, and the South-eastern boundary of allotment No. 29, both of the Parish of Papakura aforesaid, to the South-western angle of last named allotment, thence by the centre of the road which forms the North-western boundaries of allotments Nos. 35, 34, and 33, of the Parish of Papakura aforesaid.
