HEREBY notify that the Secretary to the Board of Highway Trustees for the Kauaeranga District has reported, in writing, to me the election of Dr. JAMES KILGOUR, M.D., as a Highway Trustee for that District, in the room of Mr. R. Taishley, resigned.

IT is hereby notified that the several Mining Leases set forth in the Schedule hereunder have been cancelled on account of non-execution, and that all rights, privileges, and claims in respect of the applications for the same are deemed to have been forfeited, and that the land therein mentioned, in so far as not occupied under Miners’ Rights, is now open for occupation.

Plans may be seen at the Provincial Engineer’s Office, Grahamstown.
