The Papakura Highway District.
Amended Boundaries.
Bounded towards the North by the middle of the road which forms the Northern boundary of Clendon’s Grant, from allotment No. 30, of the Parish of Manurewa, to the Southern angle of allotment No. 96 of said parish; thence by the South-eastern and part of the North-eastern boundaries of said allotment No. 96, to the Western angle of allotment No. 57, of the Parish of Papakura; thence by the Western and part of the North-eastern boundaries of said allotment No. 57, to the road which forms the North-western boundary of allotment No. 65, of the parish aforesaid; thence by the centre of said road to the North-eastern boundary of allotment No. 65, and by said North-eastern boundary to the Papakura River; thence by said river to the road which forms the South-western boundary of the Parish of Wairoa; towards the North-east by the centre of the road which forms the South-western boundary of the parish aforesaid, from the Papakura River to Hewlin’s line; towards the South-east by Hewlin’s line aforesaid, to the North-eastern angle of allotment No. 31, of the Parish of Hunua; thence by the North-eastern and South-eastern boundaries of said allotment No. 31, and the South-eastern boundaries of allotments Nos. 30, 29, 28, and 27, of the last named parish, to lot No. 3, of the Parish of Opaheke; thence by the South-eastern boundary of lot No. 3, and the South-eastern and South-western boundaries of allotment No. 1, of said Parish of Opaheke, to Hewlin’s line, and by said line to the Great South Road; towards the South-west by the Great South Road aforesaid from Hewlin’s line to the North-western boundary of Clendon’s Grant; and towards the North-west by the North-western boundary of Clendon’s Grant aforesaid to the point of commencement.
Centre of the roads forming the South-eastern and Southern boundaries of the same lot, and by the centre of the same road produced, to the Eastern boundary of the East Tamaki Highway District, and on the West by the Eastern boundary of the East Tamaki Highway District aforesaid, to the North-western angle of lot 235, of the parish of Pakuranga, and thence by the North-western boundary of lot 235 aforesaid, to the Maungamaungaroa creek, the place of commencement.
PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

In pursuance of the fourth clause of “The Highways Act, 1867,” I do hereby bring the said Act into operation within the Tairanga Highway District, and do appoint the First Meeting of Electors to take place at the Masonic Hotel, Te Papa, Tauranga, on Monday, the twenty-second day of August instant, at two o’clock in the afternoon.

I HEREBY notify that the Clerk to the Board of Highway Trustees for the Town of Onehunga District has reported, in writing, to the Superintendent the election of Mr. John Bycroft, Junr., as a Highway Trustee for the said District, in the room of Dr. John R. Nicholson, J.P., M.P.C., resigned.

The Manukau Highway District.
Amended Boundaries.
Bounded towards the North-east by the Great South Road, from the North-western boundary of Clendon’s Grant to Hewlin’s line; towards the South by Hewlin’s line aforesaid, and the waters of the Manukau Harbour; towards the South-west by the waters of the Manukau Harbour aforesaid; and towards the North-west by the North-western boundary of Clendon’s Grant aforesaid, to the point of commencement.

I HEREBY notify that the Secretary to the Board of Highway Trustees for the Rangiaohia District has reported, in writing, to the Superintendent the appointment of Mr. George Douglas, of Queen-street, Auckland, as Collector, in Auckland, to the said District.

Amended Boundaries.
Bounded on the North by the Maungamaungaroa creek and the sea, to the South-western angle of lot 34, of the Parish of Maraetai, on the Waikopu Creek; thence by the Southern boundary of lot 34 aforesaid, and the Southern boundaries of lot 46, to the North-western boundary of the Parish of Wairoa; on the East by the North-western boundary of the Wairoa Highway District, which also forms the Western boundary of the Parish of Wairoa; to the West angle of lot 27, of said parish; on the South by part of the South-eastern boundary of lot 190, of the Parish of Pakuranga, the North-eastern boundary of lot 65 of the parish of Papakura, and by the centre of the road which forms the North-western boundary of said last-named lot, the South-western boundary of lot 63, and by the centre of the road which forms the North-western boundary of lot No. 57 of said parish of Papakura, to the North-eastern boundary of lot 96, of the parish of Manurewa; thence by the said boundary, and by the
