the Eastern boundary of allotment No. 29 all
of the parish of Titirangi aforesaid to the
Meola stream, thence by the said stream Eastward
to the South-western point of allotment No. 172,
of section No. 10 of the suburbs of Auckland aforesaid, thence by the North-western and North-eastern
boundaries of said allotment No. 172 to the road
which forms its Eastern boundary, thence Northerly
along the centre of said road to its junction with
the road which forms the North-eastern boundaries
of allotments Nos. 176 and 177, of said section
No. 10, and continuing along the centre
of said road to the South-western angle of
allotment No. 37 of section No. 5 of the
suburbs of Auckland aforesaid, thence by the
Southern and Western boundaries of said allotment
No. 37, and the Western boundaries of allotments
Nos. 36 and 35 of section No. 5 aforesaid, to the
point of commencement.

as Collector to the Board.

DANIEL Austin Tole, Deputy Commissioner of
Crown Lands for the Province of Auckland,
in virtue of the powers in me vested by Clause 69 of
“The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1867,” do hereby
delegate to the Board of Trustees of the Mount
Wellington Highway District, all the powers give
and duties imposed by the Ordinance in the said
Clause mentioned to or upon the Commissioner of
Crown Lands, or Wardens, in relation to the management of Crown Lands, within the limits of such
portion of the Hundred of Panmure as is comprised
within the Mount Wellington Highway District.
