PROCLAMATION.
By JOSEPH MAY, Esquire, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent, by an Act of the Local Legislature of the Province of Auckland, intituled "An Act to abate the Nuisance caused by Dogs" (Session 1, No. 4, 1854), I do hereby proclaim and declare that, from and after the date of publication hereof, the said Act shall come into operation within the District of MOUNT WELLINGTON, as constituted under "The Highways Act, 1867."
Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the Province of Auckland, this twenty-seventh day of June, One thousand eight hundred and seventy.

PROCLAMATION.
By JOSEPH MAY, Esquire, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
BY virtue of the powers in the Superintendent vested by the "The Thistle Act, 1858," I do hereby proclaim and declare that the said Act shall forthwith come into operation within the MOUNT WELLINGTON Highway District, according to the limits thereof already defined; and by virtue of the powers in the Superintendent vested by "The Highways Act, 1867," I do hereby delegate to the Highway Trustees of the said District the powers and authority vested in the Superintendent by Sections 4, 5, and 9 of "The Thistle Act, 1858," aforesaid.
Given under my hand, and the Public Seal of the Province, this twenty-seventh day of June, One thousand eight hundred and seventy.

NOTIFICATION.
By JOSEPH MAY, Esquire, Deputy Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
IN pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent by the third clause of "The Highways Act, 1867," I do hereby notify for general information, that I have altered and amended the boundaries of the MOUNT ALBERT Highway District, as hereunder set forth.
Given under my hand at Auckland, this twenty-seventh day of June, one thousand eight hundred and seventy.

THE MOUNT ALBERT HIGHWAY DISTRICT.
Amended Boundaries.
Bounded towards the North by the Northern boundary of section No. 5 of the Suburbs of Auckland from the North-western angle of allotment No. 35 to the North-eastern angle of allotment No. 1 of section No. 5 aforesaid, and by the Northern boundary of allotment No. 1 of section No. 7 to the road which forms its Eastern boundary; towards the East by the road which forms the Eastern boundary of allotment No. 1 of section No. 7 aforesaid, and also the North-eastern boundary of allotment No. 2 of section No. 10 to the Northernmost point of allotment No. 1 of said section, thence by the North-western and part of the Southern boundaries of allotment No. 1 aforesaid, to the North-eastern angle of allotment No. 10 of said section, thence by the Eastern and Southern boundaries of said allotment No. 10 to the road which forms the Eastern boundaries of allotments Nos. 11 and 12, thence by the centre of said road to the South-eastern angle of allotment No. 12 aforesaid, and by the Southern boundary of said allotment No. 12 to the North-eastern angle of allotment No. 137, thence by the Eastern boundary of allotment No. 137 aforesaid, and the Eastern boundaries of allotments Nos. 138, 139, 140, 141,
