UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent by “The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1867,” I hereby notify, for public information, that all those pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder written, will be offered for sale, by Public Auction, at the Waste Lands Office, Auckland, by the Waste Lands Commissioner, on Tuesday, the second day of August 1870, as Town and Suburban Land, at the hour of 12 o’clock noon.
