I, THE undersigned CHARLES ALEXANDER hereby make application to register the “Glen Tilt Gold Mining Company (Registered),” under the provisions of the “Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and the “Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, Amendment Act, 1869,” and that I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

The name and style of the Company is “The Glen Tilt Gold Mining Company (Registered).”

The place of operations is at the Waiotahi Creek, Thames District, Province of Auckland.

The nominal capital of the Company is Three thousand six hundred Pounds in One thousand two hundred shares of Three Pounds each.

The amount already paid up in Cash is Nil, and in partly paid-up shares is Two thousand four hundred Pounds, being the estimated value of the Company’s claim.

The name of the Manager is CHARLES ALEXANDER.
