THE undersigned George Tarbutt, hereby make application to register "The Baron Rothschild Gold Mining Company (Registered)," under the provisions of the "Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865," and the "Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Act, 1869," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely—

  1. That the name and style of the Company is "The Baron Rothschild Gold Mining Company (Registered)."

  2. The place of operations is at Tararu, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Twenty Thousand Pounds in twenty thousand shares of One Pound each.

  4. The amount already paid-up is Nil.

  5. The name of the Manager is George Tarbutt.

  6. The Office of the Company is at Albert-street, Auckland.
