I, THE undersigned CHARLES ALEXANDER, hereby make application to register the “Princess Royal Gold Mining Company (Registered),” under the provisions of “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely,—

That the name and style of the Company is, the “Princess Royal Gold Mining Company (Registered).”

The place of operations is at the Tararu Creek, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

The nominal capital of the Company is Fifteen thousand Pounds, in Seven thousand five hundred shares of Two pounds each.

The amount already paid-up in cash is Nil, and the amount allotted in partly paid-up shares is the sum of Eleven thousand two hundred and fifty Pounds, being the value of the Company’s claim.

The name of the Manager is CHARLES ALEXANDER.

The office of the Company is at 83 Queen Street, Auckland.

NOTICE is given that, on the 10th day of March next, John Michael French, of the City of Auckland, Grocer, will apply to the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Auckland, for a certificate of the complete execution of a Deed dated the 12th day of January last, made between the said John Michael French of the first part, George Turrell, Stannus Jones, and George William Binney of the second part, and the several Creditors of said John Michael French of the third part, whereby said John Michael French conveyed and assigned to said George Turrell, Stannus Jones, and George William Binney—all his real and personal Estate, in trust for the equal benefit of his Creditors.
