Limited Liability Act, 1865, and "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Amendment Act, 1869," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is the Pride of the Ranges Gold Mining Company (Registered).

  2. The place of operations is at the head of the Waiotahi Creek, at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Thirteen thousand five hundred (£13,500) Pounds, in Thirteen thousand five hundred (13,500) shares of One Pound each.

  4. The amount paid up in cash is Nil; that the amount allotted in partly paid up shares is Ten thousand one hundred and twenty-five Pounds, represented by Thirteen thousand five hundred shares of which fifteen shillings per share has been paid up, being the amount given in payment for claim.

  5. The name of the Manager is Oliver M. Creagh.

  6. The Office of the Company is in Grahamstown.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follow, namely:

THE undersigned, John Peters, hereby make application to register the “Princetown Gold Mining Company,” under the provisions of “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amended, 1869,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. That the name and style of the Company is the “Princetown Gold Mining Company.”

  2. That the place of operations is at the Alabama Creek, at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. That the nominal capital of the Company is Nine thousand Pounds in 4,500 shares of Two Pounds each.

  4. That the amount paid up in cash is nil; in partly paid up shares is Five thousand four hundred Pounds, being the estimated value of the mine.

  5. That the name of the Manager is John Peters.

  6. That the Office of the Company is in Brown-street, Grahamstown.

  7. That the names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follow, namely:

  1. The name and style of the Company is “The Golden Block Gold Mining Company (Registered).”

  2. The place of operations is at the Waiotahi and Collar Bone Spur, Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
