I, THE undersigned, NATHANIEL WILLIAM MASSEY, hereby make application to register the "Great Atlantic (Beach) Gold Mining Company (Registered)," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," and "The Mining Companies’ Amendment Act, 1869," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

The name and style of the Company is the "Great Atlantic (Beach) Gold Mining Company (Registered)."

The place of operations is at the Beach, Grahamstown, at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

The nominal capital of the Company is One hundred thousand Pounds, in One hundred thousand shares of One Pound each.

The amount already paid up is Eighty seven thousand five hundred Pounds, represented by the estimated value of the Company’s mine.
