IT is hereby notified that the Tolls, Fees, &c., for the periods stated, commencing on the 1st January, 1870, enumerated in the Schedule hereunder written, will be offered for sale by public auction by Messrs. Cochrane and Son, at their mart in Fort-street, on Friday, the 24th day of December, instant, at 12 o’clock, noon.

NO eligible Tender having been received for the service of PRINTING FOR THE PROVINCIAL COUNCIL for the year 1870, it is hereby notified that Tenders for the same will be received at this Office until 12 o’clock, noon, of THURSDAY, the 30th instant, according to the form, specification, and conditions, which may be ascertained at this Office.
Tenders to be sealed and endorsed “Tender for Provincial Council Printing.”

The Fees chargeable for the supply of Water from the Government Tank, and from a two-inch service-pipe in Official Bay, for one calendar month.

The Fees leviable at the Iron Store on the Queen-street Wharf, next the Harbour Office, for twelve calendar months.

The Tolls leviable at the Queen-street Wharf and Custom-house-street, and at the Gore-street Jetty and Breakwater, together with the Fees chargeable at the Wharf Weigh-bridge, for twelve calendar months.

The Fees leviable at the Slaughter-house, Newmarket, for a period determinable upon one calendar month’s notice.
