NOTICE.

Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, December 7th, 1869.

NOTICE is hereby given, that at the sitting of this Court to be held at Shortland, Hauraki, on 28th January, 1870, and following days, will be heard the claim of the person whose name appears in the first column, to succeed to the interest of the person, deceased, whose name appears in the second column, in the block of land named in the third column.

Akarana, Tihema 7, 1869.

He Panuitanga tenei kia mohiotia ai, kei te nohoanga o tenei Kooti ki Hotereni Taone, Hauraki, a te 28 o nga ra o Hanuere, 1870, te whakawakia ai te take o te tangata e mau nei tona ingoa i te rarangi tuatahi, ki te piihi whenua a te tangata kua mate, e mau nei tona ingoa i te rarangi tuarua, ko te piihi whenua kei te rarangi tuatoru.
