SUBDIVISION OF HEREDITAMENTS.


Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, November 16th, 1869.

NOTICE is hereby given, that at a sitting of this Court, to be held at Waimate, in the
District of the Bay of Islands, in the Province of Auckland, on the 3rd day of February,
1870, will be heard the application of Hamiara Hau, of the district aforesaid, for the sub-
division of the hereditaments comprised in a Crown Grant, dated the ... day of
186..., made and issued to the said applicant and others, which said hereditaments are
situate at Rangaunu, and called or known by the name of Rangaunu.

i te Takiwa o Tokerau i te Porowini o Akarana a te 3 o nga ra o Pepuere, 1870, te whaka-
rongona ai te tono a Hamiara Hau o taua Takiwa ano kia wahia te whenua e mau nei i roto
i te Karauna Karaati o te ... o nga ra o ... 186... i tuhia i whakaputaina
ki taua tangata ki etahi atu hoki, ko taua whenua 'kei Rangaunu' i taua Takiwa ano ko
Rangaunu ano hoki te ingoa.
