NOTICE OF TIME AND PLACE FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIM.
Native Lands Court Office,
Auckland, 11th November, 1869.
NOTICE is hereby given, that at the sitting of this Court to be held at Onoke, Hokianga, on 3rd January, 1870, will be heard the claim of Kawhena Te Tai to succeed to the interest of Te Poari, deceased, in the block of land called Kahikatoa, situated at Hokianga, in the Province of Auckland.

He Panuitanga tenei kia mohiotia ai, kei te nohoanga o tenei Kooti ki Onoke, Hokianga, a te 3 o nga ra o Hanuere, 1870, te whakawakia ai te take o Kawhena Te Tai, e ki ana koia hei riwhi mo Te Poari kua mate nei, i runga i te Karauna Karaiti o tetahi pihi whenua ko Kahikatoa te ingoa, kei te Takiwa o Hokianga, i te Porowini o Akarana.

NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.
NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in a former notice will be investigated at Onoke, Hokianga, on the 3rd of January, 1870, and following days.
