I, THE undersigned, LOWTHER BROAD, hereby make application to register the "Glencoe Gold Mining Company (Registered)," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," and "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Act, 1869;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is to the best of my belief and knowledge true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is the "Glencoe Gold Mining Company (Registered)."

  2. The place of operations is at Tararu, Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Thirty-seven thousand Pounds, in Thirty-seven thousand shares of One Pound each.

  4. The amount already paid up is Twenty-seven thousand seven hundred and fifty Pounds in paid up scrip allotted to the shareholders. The amount paid up in cash is nil.

  5. The name of the Manager is Lowther Broad.

  6. The Office of the Company is at Wyndham-street, Auckland.
