  1. That the place of operations is at Tinker’s Gully, Tararu, at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  2. That the nominal capital of the Company is Fifteen thousand Pounds, in Three thousand shares of Five Pounds each.

  3. That the amount paid up is Nil, and the amount allotted in partly paid up shares is Thirteen thousand five hundred Pounds, being the estimated value of the mine, and expenditure heretofore incurred in working the same.

I, THE undersigned, Henry Wade Kurtaiu, hereby make application to register the “TAPU EVENING STAR GOLD MINING COMPANY (Registered),” under the provisions of “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Act, 1869;” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. That the name of the Company is the “Tapu Evening Star Gold Mining Company (Registered).”

  2. That the place of operations is at the Tapu Creek, at the Thames Gold Fields, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. That the nominal capital of the Company is Eight thousand pounds, in Four thousand shares of Two Pounds each.

  4. That the amount paid up is nil, and the amount allotted in partly paid up shares is Six thousand Pounds.

  5. That the name of the Manager is Samuel Dunn.

  6. That the Office of the Company is in Shortland.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Twenty-one thousand six hundred Pounds, in Seven thousand two hundred shares of Three Pounds each.
