I, The undersigned, Robert Lusk, hereby make application to register "The Fiery Cross and Great Victoria Claims Company (Registered)," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," and "The Limited Liability Act Amendment Act, 1869," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The Fiery Cross and Great Victoria Claims Company (Registered)."

  2. The place of operations is situate adjoining the Fiery Creek, Tararu, Thames Gold Field, Province of Auckland.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Twenty-seven thousand five hundred pounds sterling.

  4. The amount already paid up is Nineteen thousand two hundred and fifty Pounds sterling, being the estimated value of the Company’s ground or lease areas.

  5. The name of the Manager is Robert Lusk.

  6. The Office of the Company is at 81, Lower Queen-street, Auckland.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follow:—
