I THE undersigned, William Jesser COOPE, hereby make application to register "The Auriferous Spur Gold Mining Company (Registered)," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. That the name and style of the Company is "The Auriferous Spur Gold Mining Company (Registered)."

  2. That the place of operations is adjoining the beach, Tararu, at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. That the nominal capital of the Company is Eighteen thousand Pounds (£18,000), in Eighteen thousand (18,000) shares of One Pound (£1) each.

  4. That the amount paid up is Fifteen thousand seven hundred and fifty Pounds (£15,750), in paid up scrip allotted by the Company to the original shareholders.

  5. That the name of the Manager is William Jesser Coope.

  6. That the Office of the Company is in Wyndham-street, Auckland.
