NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the
several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule here-
under written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned
in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder,
will be investigated at Matamata, near Cambridge, Waikato, on the 22nd of February
next, and following days.

the Government boundary,
it runs in that boundary, goes
southerly to Tukituki, straight
to Rangatara, and stretches
on to Hakihaki, it turns
westerly to Puapuatirohi,
goes on to Mangakahika, Te
Pokerangi and Huakaramu,
it turns to the Waihou River
to Te Waipuna and Te Tupuhi, it turns to N. east, it runs
along the edge of the swamp
to Te Ruapa, it turns and
joins the commencing point

meets the commencing point

Te Aroha | Commencing at the mouth of
Wairakau on the eastern side
of the Waihou River, it runs
in that stream up the moun-
tain and joins the Government
boundary (that is to say the
Ngaitirangi boundary), it runs
along the Government boun-
dary and comes to Te Tuso, it
goes along the public road and
reaches Takatakahi, it con-
tinues on to Te Kotuku, this
is a Maori settlement on the
side of Waihou, it continues
on in the Waihou river until
it reaches Wairakau the
commencing point. | |
