- The name and style of the Company is "The Wandering Star Gold Mining Company."
- The place of operations is at Karaka Hill, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
- The nominal capital of the Company is Ten thousand Pounds, in Two thousand shares of Five Pounds each.
- The amount already paid up is Nine thousand Pounds.
- The name of the Manager is Walter Sully.
- The Office of the Company is at Pollen-street, Shortland.
