  1. The name and style of the Company is "The Queen of the Isles Gold Mining Company, (Registered)."

  2. The place of operations is at the Waterfall Creek, Tararu, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Fifteen thousand Pounds, in Fifteen thousand shares of One Pound each.

  4. The amount already paid up is Ten thousand Pounds.

  5. The name of the Manager is Lowther Broad.
