  1. That the name and style of the Company is The Lord Nelson Gold-Mining Company (Registered).
  2. That the place of operations is at the Karaka Hill, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
  3. That the nominal capital of the Company is Twelve thousand Pounds in Two thousand Four hundred Shares of Five Pounds each.
  4. That the amount paid up is Nine thousand six hundred Pounds.
  5. That the name of the Manager is Walter Sully.
  6. That the Office of the Company is in Pollen-street, Shortland.
