- That the name and style of the Company is The Lord Nelson Gold-Mining Company (Registered).
- That the place of operations is at the Karaka Hill, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
- That the nominal capital of the Company is Twelve thousand Pounds in Two thousand Four hundred Shares of Five Pounds each.
- That the amount paid up is Nine thousand six hundred Pounds.
- That the name of the Manager is Walter Sully.
- That the Office of the Company is in Pollen-street, Shortland.
