I THE undersigned, Richard Laishley, jun., hereby make application to register "The Kuranui Spur Gold Mining Company (Registered)," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

The name and style of the Company is "The Kuranui Spur Gold Mining Company (Registered)."

That the place of operations is at Kuranui Spur, at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

That the nominal capital of the Company is Four thousand Pounds, in four thousand Shares of One Pound each.

That the amount paid up is Two thousand eight hundred Pounds.

That the name of the Manager is Richard Laishley, jun.

That the Office of the Company is in Pollen-street, Shortland.

That the names and addresses of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each, at this date, are as follow, namely:—

- That the name and style of the Company is, "The Tarbert Castle Gold Mining Company (Registered)."
- That the place of operations is at the Tararu Creek, at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
- That the nominal capital of the Company is Two Thousand (£2,000) Pounds sterling.
